Westlake Village BioPartners Launches New Fund, Appoints New and Experienced Directors

Stradling shareholder Brent Reinke was featured in the article, “Westlake Village BioPartners Launches New Fund, Appoints New and Experienced Directors,” published by the Pacific Coast Business Times discussing the new additions to Westlake Village BioPartners. “They (BioPartners) continue to be a huge benefit for the region. I remember a time when there were only three biotechs in the region, with Amgen being the largest, and now we are seeing as many as 40 companies here."

Since its establishment in September 2018, Westlake Village BioPartners has raised a total of $1.3 billion. The firm was founded by Beth Seidenberg and Sean Harper with a focus on incubating and growing early-stage next-generation biotechnology companies in the Los Angeles region and beyond.
