Amanda McFall is a Partner in the firm’s Corporate and Securities Practice Group. She represents companies, underwriters and investors across a broad range of industries including technology, life sciences, banking, e-commerce, and social media. Amanda advises clients on securities offerings, Securities Act and Exchange Act reporting, stock exchange listing and compliance, corporate governance, complex commercial contracts, and general corporate matters. She has represented many of the firm’s public company and investment banking clients in connection with initial public offerings, follow-on public offerings, secondary offerings, and private placements.
Prior to joining Stradling, Amanda worked in-house at Amazon where she advised clients on a broad range of strategic, commercial, and regulatory matters, including anti-trust, pricing, data sharing, intellectual property, finance, and marketing issues.
