Brian Quint is Of Counsel in Stradling’s Public Finance practice. He brings over forty years of public finance experience as a seasoned bond counsel and disclosure counsel to the firm. With a focus on capital improvement financings for various public entities, Brian has developed a reputation for his expertise in financings for hospital districts and 501(c)(3) borrowers. He is recognized in the public finance community as one of the leading bond attorneys in California. In addition, his extensive knowledge and leadership in the public finance community have earned him recognition as a member of the National Association of Bond Lawyers and the American College of Bond Counsel.

Prior to Stradling, Brian was a partner at Quint & Thimmig LLP, where he worked alongside his longtime partner, Paul Thimmig, until his retirement in 2024. Prior to establishing Quint & Thimmig, Brian was a partner at Jones Hall Hill & White in San Francisco, California, for twelve years, and before that was an attorney at Mudge Rose Guthrie Alexander & Ferdon in New York, New York.
