Harsha Pisupati is an associate in Stradling’s Corporate and Securities, and India practice groups. He is a dual-qualified attorney, and licensed to practice law in California and India.

Harsha focuses on transactional and general corporate representation for private and public companies predominantly in the technology, e-commerce, life sciences, pharmaceuticals, healthcare, and renewables sectors. He has represented investors and corporates in the U.S. and India in domestic and cross-border M&A, private equity and venture capital investments, technology transactions, and general corporate advisory. He has advised clients at all stages, from entity formation through equity and debt financings, acquisitions, and sale.

Before joining Stradling, Harsha practiced law at leading Indian law firms where he represented significant private equity and venture capital funds on their investments in India, and several businesses including multi-national corporations, domestic conglomerates, and startups on their domestic and cross-border transactions and corporate governance matters. He has advised on a host of corporate & securities, foreign exchange, technology, healthcare, privacy, and e-commerce laws.
