Jake Ediger

Jacob E. Ediger is an associate in Stradling's Public Finance practice group.

Mr. Ediger was admitted to the Kansas Bar in 2017. He received his B.S. in Finance from The University of Kansas in 2014 and his J.D. from The University of Kansas School of Law in 2017. During law school, Mr. Ediger served as an Articles Editor for the Kansas Journal of Law & Public Policy and was President of the Kansas Business and Tax Law Society. Mr. Ediger was a regional finalist and won best draft at the National Transactional Law Meet in the Spring of 2017 and was a recipient of the Robert E. Edmonds Prize in Corporation & Securities Law.

 

Experience

Served as bond counsel and disclosure counsel for a municipality in connection with an aggregate of $27 million for various water and electric improvements.
Served as underwriters’ counsel for a state water board in connection with $195 million of revolving fund revenue bonds for clean water and drinking water projects
Served as underwriters’ counsel in connection with $263 million provided to local entities to pay for water improvement projects
