Marisol Ramirez is Of Counsel in Stradling’s Litigation Practice Group. She specializes in SEC enforcement defense and investigations. Marisol is a bilingual attorney with extensive experience representing accounting firms, pharmaceutical companies, and asset management companies in internal and government investigations, as well as in complex litigation.
Before joining Stradling, Marisol served as a litigation associate at Delgado Tarango O’Neill LLP, where she represented corporations in complex consumer class action cases involving allegations of false advertising, product defects, and deceptive business practices. She played a key role in developing and implementing defense strategies, drafting and reviewing motions, and overseeing the discovery process.
Prior to her time at Delgado Tarango O’Neill LLP, Marisol was a senior managing associate at Sidley Austin LLP. In this role, she managed government investigations on behalf of public and privately held companies and accounting firms, including clients in Latin America. Her work focused on cases involving allegations of bribery, corruption, corporate misconduct, accounting fraud, and violations of SEC regulations.
