The firm has served as bond counsel for the Foothill/Eastern Transportation Corridor Agency and the San Joaquin Hill Transportation Corridor Agency, issuing several billion dollars in bonds to finance the toll roads that connect significant portions of Orange County.

The firm also served as bond counsel for the initial bond issuance financing the construction of the San Francisco Bay Bridge.
